Saudi economy is getting integrated with the rest of the world. Consequently, the airline and airport related operations have also expanded in leaps and bounds. However, the experiences of Saudi Airlines and GACA revealed that a dearth of qualified manpower is hindering the growth prospects of aviation industry in the country, in general. The industry requires, and therefore has demand for, well trained bilingual graduates with specialized knowledge in Aviation Management.
Graduates are expected to possess skills necessary to undertake a variety of aviation management occupations in the private and public sector such as (airline companies, airports, and tourism companies).
