SCOPE AND PURPOSE

This policy applies to all students enrolled in degree programs at Prince Sultan University. Its purpose is to provide clear criteria for determining students' eligibility for graduation.

PRINCIPLES OF THE POLICY

• Students must fulfill all graduation requirements and maintain a cumulative GPA not less than 2.00 out of 4.00.
• Graduation GPA classifications: Excellent, Very Good, and Good.
• College and Department Councils may recommend courses to improve GPA if required.
• Honors degrees are awarded based on cumulative GPA and additional criteria.
