College of Architecture and Design and the Humanisation of Cities Programme Organize the 5th Urban Lecture on KAFD’s Walkable Design

The College of Architecture and Design at Prince Sultan University, in collaboration with the Humanisation of Cities Programme—an initiative led by His Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf—hosted the fifth lecture of the Urban Lectures Series Initiative titled “KAFD: The 15-Minutes Walking District.”
The lecture was held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the university’s Main Theatre (Building 105) and delivered by Mr. Alberto Bounous, Vice President of Design and Development at KAFD. Mr. Bounous shared valuable insights into the planning and design strategies behind the King Abdullah Financial District, emphasizing its role as a model for walkable, sustainable, and human-centered urban development.
