Soldering/De-soldering Practice

The Smart Systems Engineering Lab (SSEL) successfully hosted a Soldering/De-soldering Practice Workshop on 28th February, 2024. This workshop was delivered by Dr Mehr E Munir and provided participants with hands-on experience and practical knowledge in soldering and de-soldering electronic components. The workshop covered fundamental techniques, safety precautions, and troubleshooting methods. Participants were able to practice soldering components onto circuit boards and learn various de-soldering methods using tools such as de-soldering pumps. In the end, Q&A allowed for valuable discussions and clarification of doubts.
