Dean's Message
As we move forward together, I am filled with excitement about the journey ahead. Our college stands at a unique crossroads where tradition meets the future, and where the creativity of design can drive meaningful change. Our mission is to cultivate an identity that reflects this powerful intersection: an identity where innovation and technology are placed at the service of heritage and ecology.
We believe that design is not just about creating structures or objects but about crafting stories, preserving our cultural legacy, and fostering sustainable environments for future generations. By embracing new technologies and innovative approaches, we have the potential to elevate our heritage and ensure that it thrives in a modern context.
The College of Architecture and Design is home to a distinguished faculty recruited from around the world, each bringing a wealth of expertise in state-of-the-art, contemporary subjects and cutting-edge technologies. This diverse and international group of educators fosters an inclusive environment that enriches the learning experience, offering a wide range of perspectives on architecture and design. Building on this foundation, the curriculum for the Architecture and Interior Design programs is meticulously structured, comprising 138 credit hours, which ultimately leads to a Bachelor of Science degree in their respective fields.
Our commitment is to create an academic environment that nurtures critical thinking, bold experimentation, and a deep understanding of the past. In doing so, we empower our students to become not just architects and designers, but also stewards of our natural and cultural heritage. Together, we can push the boundaries of what is possible and redefine how we approach design in an ever-evolving world.
I am proud to lead this talented community of educators, creators, and visionaries, and I invite you all to join us in shaping a future where design serves both heritage and ecology—sustainably, thoughtfully, and beautifully. Warm regards,
