Final Presentation Overview
After completing the full 28-week duration of their co-op training, students must deliver a 10-minute presentation. This presentation is evaluated by 1-2 faculty examiners (subject to availability). Additionally, students are assessed on their final report and overall progress by their assigned university advisor. The training authority's final evaluation (Form T04) is also part of the overall assessment.
Evaluation Breakdown
- Advisor's grade: 20%
- Examiner(s)' grade: 30%
- Training authority evaluation: 50%
- Total: 100%
Once the presentation is completed, the grade is entered into the system. When the grade is available in Edugate, students can follow up with the Deanship of Admissions and Registration (DAR) regarding graduation.
