Updated Guideline for Final Assessment and Grading

The updated guidelines in compliance with the latest unified directives issued by the Ministry of Education and they will be applied to undergraduate and graduate level courses.

  1. Last day of classes will be April 23, 2020.
  2. The final grades will be calculated out of 100. 80% for semester work assessment and 20% for the final assessment.
  3. The final exam period will start on April 26, 2020. The previously approved final exam schedule will be moved ahead by 7 days.
  4. A letter grade will be given for all students and according to the MoE's new directive, the letter grade will be entered if it results in an equal or higher accumulative GPA for the student. If it results in a lower GPA, a NP/NF grade will be given, which will not affect the GPA.
