The Interior Design Department at Prince Sultan University recently visited the Nesli Lighting and Electrical Industries Factory to initiate a collaborative lighting design project for the Ministry of Interior office in the Emirate of Hail. This visit, part of the lighting design course and guided by Dr. Nadia Arafa, included a comprehensive overview of various types of interior lighting. Participants were introduced to the production line for lighting equipment, engaged in discussions about the collaborative project, and identified the necessary requirements to ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code. This partnership marks an exciting step forward in the department’s efforts to enhance practical learning experiences for students.
