PSU Celebrates the Graduation of Three Classes of Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Recipients at Marsool Park
Auspicated by his royal highness Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulrahman Bin Abdulaziz, Viceroy to the Prince of Riyadh, a ceremony was held by the university at Marsool Park celebrating the graduation of three classes of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree student graduates.
Welcoming his arrival, the Viceroy to the Prince of Riyadh was met by his highness Prince Dr. Abdulaziz Bin Ayaf, chairman of the board of trustees at PSU. Accompanied by the university’s president Dr. Ahmed Yamani and a number of vice presidents and college deans.
The ceremony hosted by Haitham Khalid began with the Saudi Arabian national anthem performed by a student graduate. Followed by the faculties’ and graduates’ marches. In addition to verses from the Holy Quran to kick off the ceremony.
Dr. Ahmed Yamani – President of Prince Sultan University – gave a speech in which he welcomed the Viceroy to the Prince of Riyadh and expressed gratitude to his royal highness for auspicating the ceremony.  Dr. Yamani continued his speech by extending congratulations to dear students on reaching this milestone in spite of challenging circumstances.
In his valedictory speech, Jasser Aljasser – Student Graduate of Prince Sultan University – expressed great joy perceived by him and his colleagues on this night, and extended thanks to the personalities bringing this grand celebration to fruition in its finest formation. All the while shedding light on the university’s excellence in theoretical studies provided by exceptional instructors. The speech was succeeded by awarding the Viceroy of the Prince of Riyadh with a plaque given by the chairman of the board of trustees to further express gratitude to his royal highness for his support.
Following the conclusion of the ceremony, his royal highness Prince of Riyadh’s Viceroy expressed delight in auspicating the graduation ceremony, and in a statement to Taif Aljameaa his royal highness said: “We are proud of this group of graduates for they are the true wealth of this country, and I wish them continued success in their future in serving this great country” concluding his statement by thanking the chairman of the board of trustees and the president of the university for their efforts.
