The Applied Linguistics Research Lab Delivers an 8-Hour Training Program on Action Research to English Language Teachers

As part of its mission to raise awareness of applied linguistic research and enhance the performance of English language teachers, the Applied Linguistics Research Lab (ALLAB) at the College of Humanities delivered an 8-hour training on action research to 20 English language teachers from different schools and universities. Dr. Dina El-Dakhs, Associate Professor at the Linguistics Department and the ALLAB Leader, delivered the training over 4 sessions on October 28, and November 11, 18 and 25, 2019. It is worth noting that this is the second time that ALLAB delivers this training to English language teachers. The ALLAB Leader delivered the first round of the training in November 2018. ALLAB intends to offer this training once every academic year.
