Requests During Working Hours (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

  • The request must be submitted by the department’s approved coordinator through the Institutional Communication Department portal.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the event date.
  • Approval letters from the concerned entities must be attached.
  • The venue must be booked in advance through the supported halls.
  • If hospitality, gifts, or customized printing are requested, the budget must be attached.

Requests Outside Working Hours (3:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

  • The request must be submitted by the department’s approved coordinator through the Institutional Communication Department portal.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event date.
  • Approval from the concerned entity must be attached.
  • The venue must be booked in advance through the supported halls.
  • If hospitality, gifts, or customized printing are requested, the budget must be attached.
