JOB OVERVIEW

Bayan Center, an emerging educational institution specializing in Arabic language and cultural studies, is seeking two part-time Arabic Language Instructors. These positions are perfectly suited for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about language education and cultural exchange, and are dedicated to achieving excellence in teaching and curriculum development.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Deliver Arabic language courses with a focus on both linguistic accuracy and cultural fluency.
• Engage students through effective classroom discussions and personalized learning tasks.
• Develop and update educational content under the Center’s guidelines.
• Integrate and manage curricula within our electronic learning platforms.
• Conduct placement tests to accurately assess student proficiency levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Arabic Language, Teaching Arabic as a Second Language, or related fields.
• A minimum of one year of experience in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
• Strong skills in using digital learning platforms and electronic assessment tools.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabic dialects is preferred, with proficiency in teaching these dialects.
