During the ceremony, His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf, Chairman of the University's Board of Trustees, officially launched the inaugural Local Administration Forum organized by the University's Center for Local Administration, on behalf of the sponsor, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh Region.
