PEOO1 Preparatory Physical Education I

This course is designed to introduce and provide the theories and practical skills related to health and fitness. Its aim is to develop a well-rounded individual that values the physical skills that lead to improved creativity, high self-esteem, and a healthy and fit body. The course balances the theoretical and practical components which helps instill a more holistic approach to health and physical education.

PE101 Beginner Badminton

This course is an introduction and study of the fundamental movement skills, rules and terminologies of badminton. Students will introduced to the game from historical and technical perspectives; learning its origins and rules, then developing their individual skills through a series of demonstrations, drills and individual performance tasks and reinforcing their skill through competitive games and tournament experiences.
