In collaboration with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, the College of Law organized a workshop titled "Dispute Resolution Methods - There are Appropriate Approaches for Every Situation, but the Human Factor Remains Constant." It was presented by Professor Dr. Stefan Kröll, the President of the German Arbitration Institute and Director of the renowned Vis Moot competition, and Ms. Dara Sahab, Deputy Head of the Commercial Dispute Mediation at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.

The discussion focused on the future of arbitration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a session led by Professor Dr. Zlatan Meškić, the Head of the Law Department at Prince Sultan University, experts in the field of arbitration compared the challenges they face in Germany and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding non-formal arbitration and the reputation of arbitration as a dispute resolution method in their respective countries. They also provided valuable recommendations for those interested in pursuing a career in arbitration.
