WoW Hour@PSU - Wheel of Wellness
In this era of COVID-19, it is imperative to take care of the wellbeing of PSU employees. Therefore, Jubilation office introduced special sessions called ‘WoW hour’. The sessions are designed for PSU members to enhance their physical and mental being. Sessions would be facilitated by Jubilation Office in collaboration with Health and Physical Education Department (HPE Departments) facilitators.
The sessions includes topics like; Staying Physically, Mentally Fit and Positive at the critical time of COVID-19, Practical Yoga & Pilates at home, Ergonomics and Healthy lifestyle at the office, Staying calm and positive when stressed out, breathing exercises, Staying fit: 30 Minutes Fat Burning Home Workout etc. Both campuses will have different sessions and live demonstration and practice will be the highlights of these sessions.
The sessions will be given by HPE instructors and Dr. Jolly Sahni, Director, Jubilation Office.
