Prince Sultan University pays great attention to the professional development of faculty members and administrative staff. The University’s Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) undertakes the responsibility of providing the professional development to faculty members to ensure teaching efficiency through training programs and workshops that contribute to enhance their performance. It promotes participation in various training programs and scientific conferences.

On the other hand, the Human Resources Department undertakes the development of training programs for the administrative staff, which contributes to improve their performance efficiency level, it also ensures the engagement in individual or group specialized training programs both external and in-house to obtain the needed skills to carry on their work.
