Dr. Ahmed S. Yamani is the President of Prince Sultan University, the first private non-profit University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He took up his post as ‘Rector/President’ since June 2005. He has held a series of leadership roles (including Chairman, Vice Dean, Vice-Rector, and Rector) over a 25 year.

Professor Dr. Saad Al-Rwaita is the Vice President for administrative and financial affairs at Prince Sultan University (PSU) since 2003. Al-Rwaita, an expert in management and government accounting, is also professor of accounting at PSU, where he is a member of the university’s board of trustees, and at King Saud University (KSU). He is a consultant for many governmental and private organizations and is a member of various scientific, academic and research institutions. In addition, he is an external examiner at different accounting institutions and a reviewer for several research journals. Al-Rwaita received a bachelor’s degree with honors from KSU’s college of business administration in 1982. Five years later, he was granted a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, US.
In 1993, he obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado, with his doctorate thesis discussing ownership control and performance in an underdeveloped market environment. The PSU’s vice president has wide work experience and has been a board member in a number of investment companies, such as the Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG), where he was recently appointed to its board of directors. From 2012 to 2018, he has been a board member of the National Commercial Bank (NCB) and chairman of the bank’s audit committee. Since 2019, he has been a member of the auditing committee at Alinma Bank. For nearly a year, beginning in 2015, he was a board member of the Saudi Printing and Packaging Company and chairman of its audit committee. From 2008 to 2015, he chaired the Rana Investment Fund, where he was also a member of its board of directors. Al-Rwaita has been a board member of the audit committee at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) since 2014. He has also been a member of the SIIG’s audit committee since 2018. Moreover, he has been a member of the auditing committee at the Public Pension Agency since 2006 and served as a member of the audit committee at Ma’aden from 2008 to 2011. He has also been chairman and member in several other financial inspection committees of entities such as the Ministry of Finance, where he was a member of its Zakat and Tax Appellate Committee from 2002 to 2018. Between 2005 and 2008, he worked as the chairman of the committee of continuous education and training at the GCC Accounting and Auditing Organization (GCCAAO). From 2003 to 2006, he was a board member of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA).

Dr. Mohammad Aljibreen is the Deputy Vice President, Academic Affairs at Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia.
He has a PhD in Finance and a MS in Economics from Lehigh University, USA. He obtained another MS, Business Administration (MBA) concentration is finance from Southern Illinois University, USA. Dr Aljibreen his Bachelor degree from King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Heba Khoshaim is the Vice-President for women campus at Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia. She has a Ph.D. in Mathematical Education from Ohio University, USA. She obtained her MSc in Mathematics from University of Ottawa, Canada.
She is the chair of SDG-5: Gender Equality at Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia.

Professor Mohammad Nurunnabi, PhD (Edinburgh), SFHEA, FRSA, FAIA (Acad), CMBE, FFA, FIPA, CMA, CPA is the Director of Center for Sustainability and Climate, Aide to the President on Ranking and Internationalization, and Chair of the Department of Accounting at Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia. He is an Academic Visitor (Senior Member) of St Antony's College, University of Oxford, Oxford, United Kingdom. Previously he has taught in University of East London, United Kingdom (UK), University of Bedfordshire (UK), and Edge Hill University (UK). Prior to his academic career, he worked as a financial team member in ADVFN Plc (covers in excess of 70 stock exchanges from across the globe), London, UK. He holds a PhD with an outright pass (no corrections) from the University of Edinburgh, UK.

Dr. Dhafer Almakhles

DHAFER J. ALMAKHLES received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Saudi Arabia, in 2006, and the master’s degree (Hons.) and Ph.D. degree from The University of Auckland, New Zealand, in 2011 and 2016, respectively. Since 2016, he has been with Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia, where he is currently the Chairman of the Communications and Networks Engineering Department, and the Director of the Research, Development, and Innovation Unit. He is a member of the IEEE Power Electronics and the IEEE Control Society. Almakhles published more than 200 papers in top scientific journals, and among the top 2% of researchers worldwide as regarded in the Stanford University list. He is considered one of the experts in the accreditation and quality assurance for higher education institutions and programs, where he acts as a consultant and external reviewer for various agents including The National Centre for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation as well as Oman Academic Accreditation Authority. He participated in preparing the national qualification framework for Saudi Engineers as well as the specialized standards and learning outcome for Electrical Engineers in Saudi Arabia.
He is the leader of the Renewable Energy Research Team and Laboratory. His research interests include power electronics, control theory, unmanned aerial vehicles, renewable energy systems, and FPGA applications. He is a senior member of IEEE, member of IEEE Power Electronics, and the IEEE Control Society. He is a Editorial Board Member of various international journals and conferences, including the IEEE and IET.

Dr. Tahira is the Aide to the President, Director of the Evaluation and Academic Accreditation, a Sustainability Fellow for the Center for Sustainability and Climate Change, and a faculty member for the College of Humanities and Science at Prince Sultan University (PSU) in Saudi Arabia. As a psychologist, she served as a senior researcher for US non-profit organizations, as a quality assurance director at PSU, as an accreditation reviewer for the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA), and as a consultant for schools and universities in the MENA region. She is a member of the American Evaluation Association, American Education and Research Association, and the Association for Institutional Research.
