Ms. Kasia Klaczynska Lewis is a Partner and the Leader of the Center for Climate Policy at EY Law. She specializes in global carbon markets and sustainability regulations, working across jurisdictions at the intersection of law, business, technology and finance.
Ms. Lewis leads a multidisciplinary team of experts focusing on voluntary and compliance carbon markets, international climate policies, cleantech, sustainable finance, sustainability in international trade, circular economy, sustainable corporate governance, supply chains accountability and other dimensions of ESG. She works with public and private sector clients on designing, implementing and interpreting novel policy instruments, like carbon border measures, with support of predictive regulatory modeling, behavioral science and digitalization of EGS solutions. Ms. Lewis is an attorney educated in Poland (Jagiellonian) and the U.S. (Harvard) as a recipient of Gammon Fellowship for Academic Excellence. Member of the New York Bar.
